SMS program terms (Sonshine Northwest Clinic Reminders)
- By entering your phone number and checking the consent box, you agree to receive automated clinic reminder texts from Sonshine Northwest. Consent is not required to attend the clinic or to use this site.
- Expected message volume: about three reminders before and during clinic days.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
