Who we are
Sonshine Northwest is a nonprofit organizing the Free Community Health Clinic on July 31 and August 2, 2026 in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Questions about this policy: office.sonshinenorthwest@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Reminder form: your phone number (for text reminders, with your consent), optionally your first name and a backup email address, and your preferred clinic day. You choose to give us this; browsing the site never requires it.
- Site analytics: anonymous usage events (for example, page views and button taps) via Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Microsoft Clarity. We never send your name, email, phone number, or any health information to analytics tools.
How we use it
One purpose only: reminding you about the clinic. Up to three text reminders if you opted in, and email reminders if you gave an email. We do not send marketing, newsletters, or fundraising messages.
Text messages (SMS)
- You only receive texts if you enter a phone number and check the consent box. Consent is not a condition of receiving care at the clinic.
- Expected volume: about three reminder messages total. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also email us to be removed.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except with our SMS delivery provider solely to send you the reminders you requested.
Sharing
We never sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers that deliver this site and its reminders (website hosting, form processing, email delivery, and SMS delivery), and only so they can perform those services for us.
Retention
Reminder sign-ups (names, emails, phone numbers, and preferences) are deleted within 30 days after the clinic ends. We keep only the minimal record of text-message consent and opt-outs (the phone number, the consent wording, and its timestamp) for as long as messaging regulations require, and we use it for nothing else.
Your choices
Reply STOP to end texts, use the unsubscribe option in any reminder email, or email office.sonshinenorthwest@gmail.com to have your information corrected or deleted.
